The State Agency Health Insurance Administration Manual (ET-1118) has been revised as of December 2021. The revision date of each chapter is indicated next to the title of each chapter. Please disregard any previous versions of this manual.
The Board has extended the ICI premium holiday for 2022, based on the strong financial position of the local ICI plan. This means that employers and employees will not pay premiums for either standard or supplemental ICI coverage.
Based on the improved financial position and strong investment results, the ICI premium rates for 2022 will decrease by 50%. See the premium rate charts in the ICI employer section of the ETF website.

The Group Insurance Board has approved the Wisconsin Public Employer Group Life Insurance premium rates for local employees. Claims experience has been stable, resulting in no change to local employee premium rates for 2021.
