ETF Submits Proposed Rule to Clearinghouse

ETF has submitted a proposed administrative rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse and will accept comments until August 20, 2019.

• CR 19-097—Disability benefit programs redesign and technical changes to regulations related to the duty disability program.

The proposed rule, along with the fiscal estimate and economic impact analysis, are also available on the Wisconsin State Legislature website.

A public hearing for CR 19-097 will be held by ETF on August 20, 2019 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Hill Farms State Office Building Conference Room N102 at 4822 Madison Yards Way in Madison.
