ETF Submits Proposed Rule to Clearinghouse 2023

ETF has submitted a proposed administrative rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse and will accept comments until June 1, 2023 at etfadminrulecomments@etf.wi.gov

• CR 23-023—The purpose of this rule is to make technical updates to existing ETF rules, delete obsolete language in ETF rules, and make other minor substantive changes.

The proposed rule, along with the fiscal estimate and economic impact analysis, are also available on the Wisconsin State Legislature website.

A public hearing for CR 23-023 will be held by ETF on June 1, 2023 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Hill Farms State Office Building Conference Room N112 at 4822 Madison Yards Way in Madison.
