ETF has updated the employer Income Continuation Insurance (ICI) Program manuals. Please disregard any previous versions. Revisions include:
- Updating that employees who turn age 70 will no longer be terminated if they participate in ICI or be prevented from enrolling in it when they turn age 70.
- Codifying the three-year limit on resolving employer errors.
- Removing UW faculty and academic staff eligibility for deferred coverage upon accumulation of 1,040 hours of sick leave.
See the following ICI manuals for details:
- How to become a Participating Employer Under the Wisconsin Public Employers’ Group Income Continuation Insurance Program (ET-1140)
- State employers: Income Continuation Insurance Administration Manual – State (ET-1119)
- Local employers: The Wisconsin Public Employers Income Continuation Insurance Manual (ET-1145)
As a best-practice, please access all manuals from the ETF website instead of downloading a PDF. The most current manuals revisions are always available on the ETF website.
