Local Health Insurance Manual (ET-1144) Updated June 2023

ETF has updated the Local Employer Health Insurance Standards, Guidelines, and Administration Employer Manual (ET-1144). Please disregard any previous versions of this manual. 

• Chapter 1 (102) now includes information on employer requirements to validate employee documentation for life events and new hires, and in some situations submit the document or attestation to ETF.
• Chapter 9 (904) has been edited to remove the move from service area as a cancellation reason.
