Local ICI Materials Updated

ETF has updated the following Income Continuation Insurance (ICI) Program materials for local employers and participants:

• The Wisconsin Public Employers Income Continuation Insurance Administration Manual (ET-1145)
• Income Continuation Insurance Application for Local Employees (ET-2366)
• Evidence of Insurability Instructions—Income Continuation Insurance (ICI) (ET-2308)

Please disregard any previous versions of these materials. Updates focused on revising materials for the consolidation of the coverage levels, which will go into effect on February 1. Read more on changes to consolidate coverage levels.
