ETF has updated the Local Employer Health Insurance Standards, Guidelines, and Administration Employer Manual (ET-1144), and has summarized the changes here.
ETF has identified and fixed an error on the GASB 75 Health Local Employers report that may have impacted some employees since 2020. The error affected employees who had multiple contracts created and/or ended in the same year that a health report was pulled.
For the 2024 plan year, the health benefits decision guide will continue to be a printed guide, as a companion piece to the collection of web pages found on the ETF website. Please let ETF know by July 14, 2023 how many paper guides you would like.
