Benefit Overview
The Accumulated Sick Leave Credit Conversion Program is available for State Retirees only and is administered by ETF. It allows state employees to convert unused sick leave to credits to pay for health insurance during retirement. This includes pharmacy and optional Uniform Dental benefits.

A sick leave certification should be submitted within 30 days of an employee's termination or retirement. Follow the steps on this page to complete a sick leave certification and submit it in the appropriate timeframe.
