The purpose of RFI ETA0046 is to solicit information from vendors who possess the resources and expertise to administer wellness and/or disease management services for members in the State of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Public Employer (Local) Group Health Insurance Program, managed by the Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) with oversight by the State of Wisconsin Group Insurance Board (Board).
The RFI seeks to identify market and regulatory trends affecting wellness and/or disease management programming and the capabilities of qualified vendors that offer similar services.

Responses are due: June 11, 2021 @ 2 PM CST.
The RFI is authorized under Chapter 40 of the Wisconsin State Statutes. Procurement statutes and rules that govern other State of Wisconsin agencies may not be applicable.
Any news releases or release of broadcast e-mails pertaining to the RFI shall not be made without the prior written approval of ETF.
NOTE: All modifications and other information associated with the RFI will be posted to this site. Interested vendors are encouraged to check this site for updates frequently. No other notification regarding modifications will be provided.
