With the My Benefits system, you can securely access your Statement of Benefits or apply for a disability retirement benefit. Note: The current year's Statement of Benefits becomes available in mid-April.

First Time Access

You will need a MyWisconsin ID to access My Benefits. MyWisconsin ID allows citizens to create a single account, tied to a personal email address, to log in to participating Wisconsin government websites. Once you have a MyWisconsin ID, you will verify your identity to get access to My Benefits.

Forgot Your Password?

On the Sign In page, enter your MyWisconsin ID and then click Next. On the next screen select the Forgot Password? link and follow the instructions. For additional guidance, see the MyWisconsin ID Password Recovery page.

Locked Account?

Your account locks after three incorrect attempts to sign in. To unlock your account, select the Unlock account? link on the Sign In page and follow the instructions. For additional guidance, see the MyWisconsin ID Unlock Account page.
