A staff from the Madison Area Technical College joins the ETF Board, while a Sheboygan County Board of Supervisor becomes the newest member of the Wisconsin Retirement Board. The Teachers Retirement Board also welcomes new members.
This includes all 2023 Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Limited Purpose FSA, Dependent Day Care Account, Parking Account, and Transit Account claims. Any 2023 pending claims requiring documentation or receipts must also be resolved by March 31, 2024.
ETF has published its Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for 2022. This report provides information about the WRS and other benefit programs administered by ETF, including the related financial statements and independent auditor’s report.
ETF, including all customer service phone lines, will be closed for business Monday, January 15, 2024, due to the Martin Luther King, Jr. observance. Regular Customer Service Call Center hours (see below) will resume on Tuesday, January 16.

In April 2024, ETF will begin distributing employees’ January 1, 2024 WRS Annual Statement of Benefits, after 2023 account data reconciliation processes have been completed.
Under state law, monthly Wisconsin Retirement System annuity payments are payable on the first day of the month. When the day falls on a weekend or holiday, it is moved to the next regular business day.
The Department of Employee Trust Funds, including all customer service phone lines, will be closed for business on Monday, December 25 and Monday, January 1. ETF’s customer service call center staff will be available beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 26 and Tuesday, January 2. Wisconsin Retirement System members are encouraged to utilize ETF’s website to view and print forms, brochures and review online videos.
